In this chapter
This chapter sorts Dubai nightlife into the formats that appear in the evidence, from 2,500-capacity superclubs to a 20-seat dinner show, and sets out what each format sells and how it should be marketed. The headline finding is that format, not district, decides the booking product: the same city holds a beach day pass at AED 100, a lounge minimum of AED 500 per person and a VVIP table from AED 7,000, and each needs a different page, conversion and measure.
In brief
Published capacities in the notes run from WHITE Dubai at 2,500 and PURE WHITE at 2,000 down to SOT at up to 500 and the KRASOTA dinner show at 20 guests per evening.
Large operators shape the market: FIVE Holdings reported USD 589m revenue in 2024 and bought Pacha Group for EUR 302.5m in 2023; Sunset Hospitality runs over 80 venues in 22 countries (Gulf News, 2024; Gulf News).
Rooftop lounges publish per-person minimums (AED 250 to 500 in the sample), while clubs mostly publish table tiers or nothing at all (Dorchester Collection, 2026; CÉ LA VI, 2026).
Beach clubs sell redeemable day products: a beach directory lists 16 Dubai venues with typical entry-level sunbeds at AED 100 to 250 per day.
Party and night brunches are a distinct ticketed product; Platinumlist showed 32 brunch and dining listings on the first page of its Dubai category.
Electronic music demand shifted in 2026: Platinumlist said EDM ticket prices fell by 50%, while Arabic concert prices rose by up to 30% (The National, 2021 to 2026).
Community nights (Bollywood, Russian, Filipino, Arabic, African, Latin, Persian) are numerous but rarely publish prices; where they do, entry runs from free to AED 299, with dinner shows higher (Royal Palette, voco Hotel Level 20, 2026; The Agenda, 2026).
The 30% Dubai Municipality alcohol sales fee was reinstated from 1 January 2025 and a new music licence regime starts on 1 December 2026, both of which bear on format economics (Bird & Bird; Emirates 24/7).
Alcohol and shisha cannot be promoted in Dubai advertising, so formats must be marketed through music, setting, food, service and terms (Cabinet Resolution 68 of 2024 via Dubai Development Authority; Meta Transparency Center, 2026).
The format map
Format here means the product a guest books: entry to a club night, a table with a minimum spend, a lounge seat with a per-person minimum, a beach day pass, a dinner show ticket, a party brunch package or a ticket to a dated artist event. A single property often runs several of these. Bla Bla in JBR, for example, runs separate bars, a restaurant and a club, each with its own bill (Bla Bla by McGettigans, 2026); Cloud 22 runs a daytime pool club and an evening Moonlight Session with different prices. The table below groups the evidence by format.

Superclubs and hotel clubs
The largest rooms in the evidence are at Meydan and Dubai Harbour. WHITE Dubai on the Meydan Grandstand rooftop has a stated capacity of 2,500 and has operated since 2013, and DJ Mag's 2023 entry also gave a 2,000-capacity outdoor PURE WHITE at Dubai Harbour. EPIK Dubai, also at the Grandstand, is 25,000 sq ft with a capacity of 1,100. The Penthouse at FIVE Palm Jumeirah ranked 34 in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs 2025 with a capacity of 1,010 (DJ Mag). A 2022 concierge page gave The Theater at Fairmont The Palm a capacity of 1,500, and FACT gave SOT Dubai at Marriott Al Jaddaf a capacity of up to 500.
Stated capacities range from 2,500 at WHITE Dubai to 20 guests at a Downtown dinner show
Stated venue capacity, people; Dubai; sources dated 2022 to 2026, as published (The Theater and Nikki Beach are older third-party figures)

Ushuaia Dubai Harbour, operated by The Night League with Studio A by Addmind, sells individual headliners from AED 150 to 250 on its box office for late 2026. Soho Garden Meydan, a complex of several music rooms, sold CamelPhat in January 2025 through non-transferable app tickets with dynamic QR codes. SKY2.0 in Dubai Design District is an open-air, seasonal club; a 2026 travel blog estimates entry at AED 200 and table minimums from AED 2,000 (SKY2.0).
Armani/Prive at the Armani Hotel opens from 11pm to 3am, excluding Mondays and Wednesdays. Ling Ling at Atlantis The Royal was the What's On Nightlife Awards 2025 Nightclub of the Year. The Mansion at FIVE Jumeirah Village rotates a Wednesday ladies night, Friday Urban Beats and Sunday Arabic house, with tables booked through its own pages or SevenRooms. BLU Dubai at V Hotel takes reservations by WhatsApp, phone and Instagram, with variable entry terms (BLU Dubai, 2026).
Table-led clubs publish tiers. The Myth in Downtown lists a high table at AED 2,000 for 2 to 4 people, VIP Silver from AED 3,000 for up to 6, VIP Gold from AED 5,000 for up to 8 and VVIP from AED 7,000 for up to 8, with prepayment. Bla Bla's club tables run from AED 1,000 for 2 to 4 people after 10pm to VIP tables from AED 5,000 (Bla Bla by McGettigans, 2026). A travel blog says table minimums start around AED 800 (Dubai clubs general, 2026).
Ownership is concentrated in a few groups whose scale affects how formats are marketed. FIVE Holdings reported revenue of USD 589m in 2024, up from USD 462m, and EBITDA of USD 208m; it acquired Pacha Group in 2023 for EUR 302.5m, and its Dubai hotels reported H1 2025 occupancy of 85% (Gulf News). Sunset Hospitality Group runs over 80 venues in 22 countries (AGBI, 2024). Fundamental Hospitality, owner of GAIA and other brands, plans to invest USD 200m in 2026 after more than 5m guests in 2025 (Arabian Business, 2025 to 2026).
ONS reading Split campaigns when the booking product changes, not when the creative changes. A VIP table needs a qualification sequence (group size, date, budget band, arrival time); a ticketed headliner needs inventory, refund terms and scan reconciliation; general entry needs tonight's programme and the door policy. Measuring all three by WhatsApp clicks hides which product is working. Ask the venue which nights can absorb more profitable demand: a sold-out headliner needs accurate information more than reach, while a quieter recurring night may benefit from steady local programme content.
Rooftop and sky lounges
Rooftop lounges sell a seat, a view and a soundtrack, and they publish per-person minimums more often than clubs do. CÉ LA VI on level 54 of Address Sky View states a booked minimum of AED 500 per person every day. High Society at The Lana states AED 250 per person daily (Dorchester Collection, 2026). Luna in DIFC states AED 300 per person, with its two operator pages giving different start times. Cloud 22's bar and lounge access is AED 300 per person on weekdays and AED 500 at weekends. Mercury Rooftop at Four Seasons Jumeirah has DJs from 10pm to 2am nightly with live saxophone or percussion on Thursday to Saturday and admits only guests aged 21 and over after 11pm. Iris at Meydan is a rooftop lounge-club open until 3am.
Photos should not imply that every booking gets the best view. Where a room changes mode later in the evening, the page should say whether a seated guest can stay, must order against a new minimum or needs another reservation. Bla Bla shows one way to state it: no minimum from 8pm to 10pm at the bar, then table minimums from 10pm (Bla Bla by McGettigans, 2026).
Beach clubs and pool day clubs
Beach clubs run from late morning to late night and sell redeemable or prepaid day products. The mysunbed directory lists 17 venues in Dubai and surroundings (16 in Dubai), with typical entry-level sunbeds at AED 100 to 250 per day and the lowest listed from AED 86 per person. Beach by FIVE on the Palm sells a day pass at AED 100 on weekdays and AED 150 at weekends and cabana places at AED 200 and 250 per person for up to 6 guests, all fully redeemable, with hours to 2am or 3am. Cloud 22's day club sells sun loungers from AED 495 and cabanas from AED 3,500 to 11,000. A 2023 concierge page described Nikki Beach at Pearl Jumeirah with cabanas from about AED 1,500, VIP table minimums from about AED 3,950 and a capacity of 750. Be Beach at Dubai Harbour opened in December 2023 with redeemable sun lounger rates.
Beach clubs are also party venues. Playa Pacha at FIVE LUXE sells Adam Port Live from AED 400, Bohemia at FIVE Palm hosted Central Cee in January 2026, and La Cantine Beach at Delano won Best Beach Club in 2025. Barasti, the longest-running beach bar in the notes, closed in June 2026 until 2027 (Khaleej Times). Demand context is strong at city level: 79% of visitors in DET's 2025 survey visited beaches (Emirates 24/7). Two rules matter for the format: Dubai Municipality bans shisha on public beaches and in parks, and its entertainment-area noise guideline sets boundary limits of 55 dB(A) from 7am to 8pm and 45 dB(A) from 8pm to 7am, requires a sealed sound limiter, and says entertainment premises must not be adjacent to residential buildings.
Party brunches and day-to-night products
The party brunch is a Dubai-specific ticketed format that bridges lunch and the night. Platinumlist's Dubai brunch category showed 32 listings on its first page on 28 October 2026. Packages are tiered by drinks package and many end in an after-party. O Beach won Best Party Brunch and AURA Skypool Best Evening Brunch at the 2025 What's On awards. The chart shows the published per-person ranges for packages that are not priced by gender.
Published party and night brunch packages run from AED 260 to AED 745 per person
AED per person, lowest to highest published package; Dubai; single-venue observations 2025 to 2026 (listicle rows undated); gendered packages excluded

Several brunches publish separate prices by gender or occupation, which this book records exactly as published: Twenty Three at Grand Plaza Movenpick lists AED 199 for ladies and AED 249 for gents; Wanderlust at JW Marriott Marquis lists AED 299 and 349; and Zero Gravity's 2025/26 Friday brunch listed AED 199 for teachers and cabin crew, AED 299 for ladies and AED 349 for men. Time-limited and seasonal brunch runs also appear, such as Malibu Sky Lounge's After Dark Friday Brunch from 30 October to 25 December 2026, with free cancellation up to 24 hours, and O Beach's Christmas Day 2025 brunch at AED 495.
Supper clubs and dinner shows
Dinner shows sell a seated evening with a performance and often a late club. The Theater at Fairmont The Palm is described as a dinner-show and club with hours from 7pm to 3am. Billionaire Dubai at the Taj in Business Bay runs a dinner show followed by DJs. DREAM's dinner show is listed from AED 800 per person between 28 October 2026 and 6 February 2027, and DREAM Dubai at Address Beach Resort sells its NYE 2026/27 show at AED 2,000 to 3,500 per person with a DJ after-party until 4am. KRASOTA's "Imaginary Russia" in Downtown seats 20 guests per evening from AED 1,500. Gatsby won Best Dinner and a Show at the 2025 What's On awards (La Cantine Beach, Delano, 2026). Tonic Russian Lounge in Al Mankhool shows a show minimum of AED 300 without stating its unit.

| DREAM Dubai (JBR) | Dinner show then DJ after-party, NYE 2026/27 | Bar seat to Platinum Table, per person; 21+ | 2,000 to 3,500 | DREAM Dubai, Address Beach Resort ground floor [Platform] |

| Billionaire Dubai (Business Bay) | Dinner show then club | No prices listed | n/a | Billionaire Dubai, Taj Hotel [Platform] |
ONS reading Dinner shows sell certainty: a seat, a start time and a known performance. Their pages should show seating categories, the running order and what is included before the booking form, because guests compare total commitment rather than a headline price. They also suit content that platforms accept, since the show, the food and the room are the product. Keep the dinner booking and the late club as separate products in reporting, or the club's walk-in revenue will be credited to the dinner campaign.
Live music venues and lounges
Live music runs from jazz lounges to warehouses and arenas. Jass Lounge in DIFC prices by performance, with a minimum of AED 260 to 1,000 per person depending on the night and band. Flashback Speakeasy lists "Jazz to Havana with Anabel" from AED 120. The Fridge in Al Quoz lists The DB Gad Experience from AED 80, and The Agenda in Media City is a concert venue for Russian-language and Filipino artists. Hotel bars with resident bands remain a format: Santana Bar in Deira has a nightly Filipino house band, the Grand Excelsior bar in Barsha Heights has daily live music, and McGettigan's in Production City runs live music from 7pm on Thursdays. Bebek's Arabic night in Jumeirah features a named singer on Wednesdays with an AED 150 food minimum.
Arenas sit at the top of the format. Coca-Cola Arena at City Walk has a capacity of 17,000.
Techno and underground
Dubai's underground scene runs on residencies and collectives rather than fixed clubs. ROADBOOK places Analog Room at the Q Underground basement of a Holiday Inn in the Al Barsha area with breakbeat, techno and minimal dub, and describes itinerant collectives: [Not Just] runs monthly, usually on Fridays, at a Barsha bar; Boogie Box's winter beach parties last 12 hours; and Secta runs techno in industrial spaces. Secta and Bassiani held a joint party at Industrial Avenue in December 2022, with wristbands sold through a product page. FACT lists Honeycomb Hi-Fi as a vinyl listening bar and Electric Pawn Shop as an underground funk-led bar, and LY-LA as an Afro, melodic and house room with Middle Eastern instruments.
At the commercial end, house and techno are sold through dated headliners at Ushuaia, Soho Garden and Cavo, where Eden presents Ilkay Sencan from AED 150 on 20 November 2026. Two 2026 signals point in different directions. Platinumlist's CEO said EDM ticket prices had gone down by 50%, with tickets around AED 100-plus, and Terra Solis, the Tomorrowland-backed desert venue, closed after its last event on 31 January 2026 (The National, 2021 to 2026; Gulf News). On the listening side, Anghami reported Afro House streams up 250% across MENA in 2024, led by Adam Port's "Move", and Adam Port is now a ticketed headliner at Playa Pacha from AED 400.
Hip hop and R&B
Hip hop and R&B are programmed as recurring weekly nights and occasional headline shows. WHITE Dubai listed "WHITE Fridays" with rap, hip hop and R&B in 2025. The Mansion runs "Urban Beats" every Friday. Bling in the FIVE Palm basement programmes Afrobeats, hip hop and R&B with international DJs and live acts. MARQ in Jumeirah 1 runs a Thursday "Urban Vibe" night. Bohemia Beach Club hosted the UK rapper Central Cee on 30 January 2026. 1OAK, a hip hop and R&B club at JW Marriott Marquis, is shown as closed on a third-party listing. Listening data supports the genre: Drake and The Weeknd were the top two Spotify artists in the UAE in 2025 (tbreak).
Community and themed clubs
Community nights are programmed around a language, music tradition or diaspora. The notes record venues and events for Bollywood and Desi, Russian, Filipino, Arabic, African, Latin and Persian audiences, plus Turkish and Kerala events. Marketing for these nights can use language and cultural references as creative context, but targeting should be based on expressed interests in the music or event, not on inferred religion, ethnicity or nationality. Entry policies vary by venue and should be checked against UAE anti-discrimination law.
Bollywood and Desi. This is the largest community format in the notes. Tashan2 at the Royal Ascot Hotel in Bur Dubai, about 8,000 sq ft, has live singers and dancers most nights and won Favourite Indian Night Club 2025 at Filmfare Middle East's awards. Shoukeen in Bur Dubai sells VIP seating, Vision Club at H Hotel plays Bollywood, techno and commercial music by reservation only, Haveli at V Hotel opens daily from 6pm to 3am, and Dhadkan in Baniyas is an Indian and Nepalese dance bar. Ticketed Desi events run from AED 75 to 105 (Surf Club Dubai, 2026; Venue not listed, 2026). Platinumlist reported Desi event sales up 69% in H1 2026 and said Indian-focused events grew nearly 10-fold from 2021 to 2025.
Russian. Tonic Russian Lounge in Al Mankhool, KRASOTA's dinner show in Downtown and Chalet Berezka, a Russian restaurant with karaoke at The Pointe, form the venue base. Ticketed events include Vanya Dmitrienko at The Agenda from AED 299 and a "Wild 2000s" night at Harat's Republic from AED 250. Russia's consul general put the Russian community in the UAE at about 150,000 in late 2025, while a columnist estimated about 300,000; UAE authorities do not publish residents by nationality (AGBI, late 2025; AGBI, Frank Kane, 2025).
Filipino. The format rests on resident house bands in hotel bars, mainly in Deira, and on concerts. Santana Bar at York International Hotel has a nightly Filipino house band, and The Agenda sells Sponge Cola and Karylle for 13 February 2027. A Philippine outlet put overseas Filipino workers in the UAE at about 600,000 without naming its source (Malaya Business Insight, 2025).
Arabic. Arabic programming spans club nights, lounges and arenas. The Mansion runs Arabic house on Sundays with DJ A-Rok; Bebek runs a Wednesday Arabic live music night;. Coca-Cola Arena lists Amr Diab from AED 245 and Abdul Majeed Abdullah from AED 395 to 495 depending on listing, and Lamhayab ft. Yassar Lemghari is listed from AED 169. Platinumlist data reported ticket purchases for Arabic music up more than 300% year on year (period not stated), while its CEO separately said spending on Arabic and classical concerts rose about 30%; these are different measures (IQ Magazine, 2026; Gulf News, The Hustle podcast, 2026). Anghami reported Amr Diab as its top artist for a seventh year in 2024.
African and Afrobeats. AfroLOUD's "Kingdom" at Dubai World Trade Centre in June 2025 sold general admission from AED 199 and premium from AED 349. Afro Beach DXB at Barasti sold tickets from AED 99 in October 2025, before the venue closed. African Queen runs a "Call of the Jungle" Saturday brunch from AED 427.50, and Bling programmes Afrobeats.
Latin. Latin nights are low-price, dance-led and run by organisers across hotel rooftops. SoBe at W Dubai The Palm charges AED 69 with one house beverage on Fridays; Royal Palette at voco offers free entry on Thursdays; Twenty Three Rooftop listed Afro Latin Saturdays at AED 65 in 2025; a Dubai Salsa Club rooftop night is listed at AED 65 while its description says attendance is free, which conflicts; and Lucky Voice runs a Wednesday Latin night with a live singer.
Persian and Turkish. Soho Garden Meydan hosted a Persian hip hop and pop night in April 2025; Zero Gravity held a "Persian Eid Party with Tohi" in June 2025; and EBI's 1 April 2026 Coca-Cola Arena date, scheduled during the conflict period, shows a blank price and a cancelled-event label, with status unconfirmed. Husnu Arkan's Turkish concert is listed from AED 175 (Venue not stated, 2026).
Community and themed nights price from free entry to AED 1,500 for a 20-seat dinner show
AED per person, published entry or ticket from-price (range where tiers given); Dubai; 2025 to 2026 listings; Royal Palette is free entry

ONS reading Community formats are where ONS has seen the most loyal repeat attendance and the least public price information. Their marketing strength is the programme: the singer, the DJ, the language of the night and the date. The weak point is the booking path, which often depends on one WhatsApp number. Publishing basic terms (entry or table from-prices, age policy, dress code, start time) and a weekly programme page usually reduces the questions reservations staff answer by hand, without changing the product.
Private hire and group events
Private events and corporate celebrations can support larger contracts, especially when the venue offers a defined layout, production and a procurement-ready proposal. The notes show group terms published by a few venues: Bla Bla says groups of 6 or more have separate minimum and deposit conditions and charges AED 300 for outside cake cutting (Bla Bla by McGettigans, 2026); CÉ LA VI's group deposit is an advance credit, not added revenue; and The Myth requires prepayment for tables. Corporate demand exists at city level: Dubai hosted 481 business events in 2025, up 11%, and DXB LIVE, the Dubai World Trade Centre events arm, delivered 442 events in 2025 (Zawya / DFRE; TradeArabia).
| Stage | Information required | Evidence of progress |
|---|---|---|
| Qualified brief | Date, guest count, purpose and budget band | A feasible event specification |
| Feasibility review | Inventory, approved capacity and production | Venue operations acceptance |
| Proposal | Itemised inclusions, timings and exclusions | Proposal sent to decision maker |
| Contract | Cancellation, payment and change conditions | Signed terms and required payment |
| Delivery | Final attendance and actual costs | Reconciled event contribution |
Private hire should not be mixed into the standard nightclub enquiry conversion rate; the organiser may need several approvals before committing. Use dedicated enquiry pages and track company or organiser referrals without publishing private client information. The acceptance threshold should be expected contribution after production, staffing, commissions and marketing, including the opportunity cost of a displaced public night. A dated public event with a permit also follows DET's e-Permit process (chapter 06).
Cost and rule constraints that shape each format
Several rules bear on format economics. The 30% Dubai Municipality fee on alcohol sales, suspended from 1 January 2023, was reinstated on 1 January 2025; it is charged on establishments, including hotels and their restaurants and nightclubs, at 30% of total monthly alcohol sales (CNBC; Bird & Bird). Guests do not need a personal licence to drink at a licensed venue, and the minimum age is 21 (Gulf News). Supplying alcohol to anyone under 21 is a federal offence for which Gulf News reports imprisonment and/or fines of AED 100,000 to 500,000; venues should seek legal advice on their age checks (Gulf News).
Ministerial Resolution 136 of 2026 introduces music licence fees from December 2026, collected by the Emirates Music Rights Association and Music Nation, for venues that play music commercially, including hotels, restaurants, cafes and event organisers; nightclubs are not named in the press summary and no nightclub rate was published (Khaleej Times). Reported fees reach AED 50,000 a year for malls and AED 45,000 for airlines, and one blog says live performance and DJ sets sit above background music in the fee structure. Shisha cafes may not operate within 150 m of residential buildings, schools or mosques without a special licence (Gulf News). A business setup firm puts total investment to open a Dubai nightclub at AED 500,000 to 2 million, without method.

Under each major platform's advertising policy and UAE advertising rules, alcohol and shisha cannot be promoted in Dubai advertising. Cabinet Resolution 68 of 2024, Article 33(9), prohibits direct and indirect promotion of alcohol, tobacco and smoking. Google does not allow alcohol ads to target the UAE; Meta lists the UAE among countries where alcohol ads cannot run and counts venues whose primary business model depends on alcohol sales, and invitations to an alcohol venue, as alcohol promotion; TikTok does not allow alcohol-related events and establishments in the UAE; Snap and X both list the UAE as prohibited for alcohol ads. This bears hardest on formats whose product is a drinks package, such as brunch tiers and ladies nights: the package can be published on the venue's own pages, but it cannot be the subject of paid promotion.
No shisha may appear in any ad, directly or indirectly, including images or video of a shisha device, hose, smoke or smoking, and any copy or landing page promoting it. Google, TikTok and X name hookah lounges as prohibited, Meta shows hookah pipe imagery as non-compliant, and Snap does not allow any depiction of smoking. For lounge formats that offer shisha, every frame of video content must be checked.
ONS's experience of running nightlife campaigns in Dubai is that images and videos of drinks without branding (no branded bottle, label or brand name) are sometimes accepted by platform review. This is not a rule or a guarantee; approval depends on each platform's review of the full ad and its destination. Each format therefore needs creative built on what it legitimately sells: the artist and sound for clubs, the view and seating for rooftops, the beach and day experience for beach clubs, the show and food for supper clubs, and the singer and language of the night for community clubs.
Policy text not fully retrieved. WhatsApp lists alcohol and tobacco as restricted goods and requires alcohol messaging to follow local law, but the UAE's allowed-country status for alcohol messaging was not confirmed. ONS treats WhatsApp as a reservation and service channel only.
Product strategy by format
| Format | What to lead with | Page the campaign needs | Measure |
|---|---|---|---|
| Superclub, ticketed headliner | Artist, date, room, door times | Dated event page linked to the authorised ticket seller | Tickets scanned against capacity |
| Hotel club, recurring night | Weekly programme and resident DJs | Tonight and this week page with door policy | Attended reservations by night |
| Table-led club | Table categories and group sizes | Table page with from-prices and quote process | Attended tables and net bill |
| Rooftop lounge | View, seating, minimum by time | Seating and minimums page | Seated covers and spend per group |
| Beach club | Day product, redeemable terms, sunset sessions | Day pass and cabana page with weather and dress terms | Prepaid bookings and redemption |
| Party brunch | Food, music, after-party timing | Brunch page with package tiers (organic only) | Tickets sold and after-party conversion |
| Dinner show | Show, running order, seating tier | Show page with tier map | Seats sold per tier and no-shows |
| Community club | Singer, DJ, language, date | Weekly programme page with basic terms | Repeat attendance and reply time |
| Private hire | Layouts, capacity, production | Enquiry page with brief form | Proposals to signed contracts |
ONS reading The marketing team should own clarity and evidence, while the venue owns availability and the approved commercial terms. Set up a simple route for reservations staff to flag questions that repeatedly delay confirmation; those questions become the next page or content change. Formats that publish their terms (Cloud 22, Beach by FIVE, Ushuaia) give marketing far more to work with than formats that publish nothing, and that difference shows up in how much of the conversion work falls on staff.
Gaps in the evidence
No public data. The research looked for a count of venues by format, attendance or revenue by format, average spend per guest by format, and published entry or table prices for most clubs and community venues. None were found (Directory count search, 2026; Dubai Media Office, 2025). Official current prices for WHITE, SKY2.0, Armani/Prive, Billionaire and Soho Garden tables were not published on pages reached; only third-party estimates exist. No public demand data was found for Latin or Persian nights, and community sizes are UAE-wide diplomatic or press estimates, not census counts (AGBI, late 2025; Malaya Business Insight, 2025). Private hire and corporate event volumes for nightlife venues are not published. Nightclub music licence rates were not published (Khaleej Times, 2026). A future edition should survey operators by format, request DET event-permit counts by event type, and collect dated price snapshots from venue pages each quarter.
