Results at a glance
- More than 6,000 organic visits per month
- 40% of leads became booked appointments
- 7× attributable revenue to total marketing costs
The challenge
A multi-location dental and cosmetic clinic group wanted to increase patient bookings and improve the commercial performance of its digital marketing.
The engagement followed a Build, Operate and Transfer model. ONS was responsible for developing the programme, managing its performance and preparing the client’s team to take it forward.
Our approach
We rebuilt the group’s website and reorganised its digital presence around clinic locations, treatments and patient enquiries.
The programme combined search optimisation, paid advertising, social media, dedicated landing pages and clearer reporting across the patient acquisition journey.
AI-supported automation helped manage incoming leads, follow-ups and appointment reminders. Reporting connected enquiries with booked appointments, attendance and treatment uptake, giving the team a fuller view of performance.
Once the programme was established, we transferred the systems, workflows and reporting processes to the client’s internal team.
The results
Average monthly organic website traffic increased from fewer than 1,000 visits to more than 6,000.
Monthly attributable revenue reached 7 times total marketing costs, measured on a month-by-month basis.
Approximately 40% of leads converted into booked appointments. Cost per booked appointment was approximately AED (United Arab Emirates dirhams) 230 to AED (United Arab Emirates dirhams) 250.
Appointment attendance ranged from 70% to 85%. Among patients who attended, 50% to 60% proceeded with treatment.
The booking-cost range is used to protect commercially sensitive information.
What this demonstrates
Patient acquisition depends on more than generating enquiries. Website clarity, lead handling, appointment follow-up and reporting all contribute to the outcome.
The engagement also gave the client an established marketing programme that its internal team could continue operating.
Client identity withheld for confidentiality.
The revenue multiple is attributable revenue divided by all marketing costs. It is not a profit-based ROI (return on investment) calculation.
